With newer Iroh it is possible to obtain own node address before home relay is selected and accidentally send own address without relay URL. It took me some time to debug why Iroh 0.92.0 did not work with iroh-relay 0.92.0 so I'm adding these assertions even while we still use Iroh 0.35.0.

Yeah, the relay protocol is no longer compatible in this version. And the multipath changes still have to land. So this doesn't give you wire-stability yet. |

This PR is a preparation for Iroh 1.0. According to the blog post 0.90.0+ series are not stable and we should stay with 0.35.x and wait for 1.0.
This PR is tested to work with iroh-relay 0.92.0. It does not work with iroh-relay 0.28.1 that is currently deployed on chatmail relays, JSON-RPC tests timeout.
