Update iroh-relay to 0.35.0 #649
Description
Chatmail relays currently deploy iroh-relay 0.28.1. According to the blog post https://www.iroh.computer/blog/iroh-0-90-the-canary-series the stable branch is 0.35.x, and we will need to upgrade to 1.0 afterwards once it is released. 0.90.0+ series are "beta".
According to https://www.iroh.computer/blog/iroh-0-91-0-the-last-relay-break 0.91.0 is not going to break anymore so should be usable with 1.0, we could upgrade to it as well and then upgrade the client and make sure it works, but compatibility between clients may still break. So we better upgrade directly from 0.35.x to 1.0.
There is a preparation for Iroh 1.0 that was tested against 0.92.0 at chatmail/core#7267, but it should not be merged. It will need an update once Iroh 1.0 is released, so the clients switch directly to 1.0.
