Add Polish GitHub issue forms (bug, feature request, question) with auto-applied labels and reminders to read README.md and docs/MIGRACJA-V2.md before opening an issue. Disable blank issues via config.yml. Add actions/stale@v9 workflow that marks issues stale after 60 days of inactivity and closes them after another 14 days, with bilingual (PL/EN) messages. Maintainers can prevent auto-closing via the no-stale label. Made-with: Cursor
