Summary
SparkGraphUtilpreviously relied on GraphFrames default behavior viaconnectedComponents().run().This PR explicitly selects GraphFrames'
two_phasealgorithm, matching the current intended behavior, and adds a compatibility test that protects the configured algorithm from accidental removal during dependency upgrades.Fixes #1404
