v0.31.0 发版时暴露的两条： - 本机 makensis 坏（6.5.1 已记着），但此前没写「那怎么出包」——补上 addin-installer.yml 这条 Windows CI 路径，以及 mac 半边仍走本机 --skip-win； - 国内/国际是两份不同的包，北京与新加坡各有一份 dl 目录要分别上架。0.30.0 那次 两台挂的是同一份（字节数一模一样），国际用户装到的包指向 addin.aiworkdeck.com， 已在 0.31.0 纠正。核对法：两站 curl 的字节数应当不同。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
