Two changes: - spec.md §17 inspirations note: removed the trailing line that pointed readers at an internal operational mapping doc by name. The reference implementation (pawbench) is sufficient — it's public and complete. - .github/workflows/ci.yml: removed the lychee --exclude rule that was needed to dodge the private link. With the link gone, the exclusion is unnecessary and the workflow stays principled (no private-repo carve-outs in a public link checker).

spec.md §17 inspirations note pointed at an internal operational mapping doc by name. Removed; the public reference implementation (pawbench) is sufficient. Also drops the lychee --exclude carve-out from the CI workflow now that the private link is gone.
