Reverts the squash-merge of #7. That PR bundled a full upstream sync together with our FSEvents run-loop shutdown fix, which was the wrong shape for this fork. We'll upstream the shutdown fix directly to
notify-rs/notifyinstead, and follow upstreammainhere once it lands.
