Add OracleDB and SAP font icons

Summary

• add monochrome OracleDB and SAP JCo SVG glyphs to the shared WSO2 VS Code icon font
• expose the existing bi-oracledb and bi-sap icon names to UI-toolkit consumers

Root cause

Ballerina artifact cards resolve brand registry entries through the shared icon font. Product Integrator already had matching side-panel SVG assets, but the shared font did not contain these two glyphs, so the artifact cards rendered blank icons.

Impact

Oracle CDC and SAP JCo can use the same brand keys in both artifact cards and the Product Integrator project explorer.

Validation

• regenerated font metadata and verified bi-oracledb and bi-sap are present
• rebuilt the Ballerina VS Code extension and verified both glyphs are included in the packaged VSIX
