Update "Categories" picker to indicate multiple selection

Changes

• Update "Categories" picker to indicate multiple selection using "circle" for unselected rows
• Change title to just "Categories"
• Add proper localization

Note: not rewriting this to SwiftUI as the ticket says – no point unless we actually want to change someting big in it
