Description

Add new Ubuntu 26.04 LTS version
Add new ansible 2.21 version
Update Readme

Should the 'ubuntu' tag be the new 26.04 or still the 24.04 as it still more used?

We need to wait for the 14.0.0 version of https://pypi.org/project/ansible/ to get the 2.21 version of ansible working.

Yeah, unfortunately is likely has nothing to do with the code; I often see that the Bookworm containers do not build correctly (and just running them again makes them pass).

This looks good to me, will look to roll this out in the next couple of days.
