Issue: wikimedia/edx-platform#596
An irrelevant GetFeedback widget was appearing in the Gradebook MFE. This PR removes it.
While investigating, we also identified an upstream bug in how the feature flag was being handled and have opened a fix here: openedx/frontend-app-gradebook#552.
Until that PR is reviewed and merged, we will temporarily deploy the Gradebook MFE from our
edly-iofork.
