I fixed minor typos and spelling mistakes that I noticed while reading the README.md.
Apart from "actual" spelling mistakes, there are many punctuation changes (e.g., about commas) which I included in this PR as well because they seemed sensible to me (suggested by my Grammarly plugin). I hope you don't find those too nitpicky, but if you do, let me know, and I will remove them.
I'm about to try this library, and the amount of documentation is very encouraging, so great work already 👍
