Wavect Homebrew tap

Prebuilt SEMAPRAX toolchain for Apple Silicon macOS.

brew install wavect/tap/semaprax
brew upgrade semaprax
brew uninstall semaprax

The formula installs the published release archive's semaprax (full build) and semapraxd from the same tag; nothing is compiled. It is generated by scripts/channel-manifests.py in the main repository from each release's SHA256SUMS and release-manifest.json; see packaging/homebrew/README.md there. Do not edit Formula/semaprax.rb by hand.
