* [fix] `call.Vars` is not visible at the top level so, also make use of `e.Taskfile.Vars` to make sure variables are injected earlier in the lifecycle

* add `debug` command which adds an op-mode to dev loading a different `atterpac/refresh` config. This in turn runs delve in headless mode waiting for debugger to connect before starting the wails …
