Vagrant Box for generic/rocky10 does not exist, need to replace the URL

Need to replace the image

Failed to exec 'vagrant up --provider libvirt'. Error was /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/fog/libvirt/compute.rb:104: warning: undefining the allocator of T_DATA class Libvirt::Connect
/usr/share/rubygems-integration/all/gems/vagrant-libvirt-0.12.2/lib/vagrant-libvirt/action/handle_storage_pool.rb:51: warning: undefining the allocator of T_DATA class Libvirt::StoragePool
The box you're attempting to add doesn't support the provider
