Use client buffer's source as surface buffer. Client buffer is not complete, and might fail to get texture when the source buffer is a shm buffer.

Use client buffer's source as surface buffer. Client buffer is not
complete, and might fail to get texture when the source buffer is
a shm buffer.
Keep last non-null buffer for WSurfaceItemContent until explicitly
destroyed.
