Adds a focused regression test for vercel#95094. The test demonstrates that a naturally completed sandbox timeout remains registered: clearing module contexts calls
clearTimeoutfor the already-completed timer.This is intentionally a test-only draft and currently fails until the resource is released on callback completion.
