• Exclude common package-manager auth/config files from deploy package staging.
• Update the deploy-to-vercel skill docs and regenerated packaged skill archives.

Verification

• Confirmed the previous exclusion list included .npmrc and .yarnrc.yml in the staged tar payload.
• Confirmed the updated exclusion list omits .npmrc, .npmrc.*, .yarnrc, .yarnrc.yml, .pnpmrc, and .bunfig.toml while still excluding .env.
• Ran git diff --check.
