Summary of documentation updates

Updated existing docs and added one role-specific page in the existing AI Workforce section:

  1. Updated existing page: docusaurus/docs/ai/ai-workforce/index.mdx

    • Added Social Media Manager to the AI employee guides list.
  2. Created role-specific page: docusaurus/docs/ai/ai-workforce/social-media-manager.mdx

    • Documented Social Calendar Generation default values:
      • AI model: Gemini Flash Latest
      • Schedule type: On a Schedule
      • Frequency: Weekly
      • Day: Monday
      • Time: 9:00 AM
      • Timezone: SMB timezone from Business App
      • Start date: Current date
      • End date: No end date
    • Documented web and mobile applicability.
    • Uses current naming: Social Calendar Generation.
  3. Updated existing Task Manager docs:

    • docusaurus/docs/fulfillment/task-manager/projects/index.mdx
    • docusaurus/docs/fulfillment/task-manager/projects/create-and-manage-projects.mdx
    • Replaced old wording with Social Calendar Generation and documented the same defaults in Social Calendar project context.

Existing docs updated vs new docs created

  • Existing docs updated: Yes (3 files)
  • New docs created: Yes (1 file)

Placement reasoning

  • Existing documentation did not contain a first-class AI Workforce page for Social Media Manager.
  • The change is a role-specific AI employee behavior/configuration update, so the correct hierarchy is the existing ai/ai-workforce/ section beside Chat Receptionist, Voice Receptionist, and Sales Assistant.
  • This keeps navigation coherent and minimizes duplication.

Acceptance criteria coverage

  • Rename feature from “Social Post Generation” to “Social Calendar Generation”
    • Covered in updated Task Manager docs and new AI Workforce role page.
  • Default AI model = “Gemini Flash Latest”
    • Explicitly documented.
  • Default trigger schedule values
    • Schedule type On a Schedule, Weekly, Monday, 9:00 AM, SMB timezone, current start date, no end date all explicitly documented.
  • Applicable to web and mobile
    • Explicitly documented.
  • Applicable to Social Media Manager
    • Explicitly documented in role page and task-manager context.

Visual inputs (images/Figma)

  • Images used: Not directly embedded in docs updates.
  • The Jira payload screenshots were used as supporting context for schedule/default field values.
  • No Figma links were available in payload.

Skills used

  • sprint-review skill was reviewed and repo compliance rules were followed.

Assumptions / limitations

  • Could not identify linked non-doc implementation PR authors from accessible GitHub search results for SM-3784; only docs automation PRs were discoverable in accessible repos.
  • Existing repository-wide broken-link warnings are present during npm run build and predate this change set.

Validation

  • Ran npm run build in docusaurus/.
  • Build completed successfully; warnings are unrelated existing broken links/anchors.
