This repository contains a piece of code written to preprocess and plot eyetracker data using some fieldtrip functions. The fucntion eye_trialfun_content is called in the main script "preprocessing_eyetracking_data" The outcome is the deviation from the fixation dot per each timepoint and the mean deviation for each trial.
