Adds Valar NU7 V6 transaction parsing so lightwalletd can consume transactions that include the Ironwood bundle layout. The PR also threads Ironwood data through compact blocks, tree state, subtree roots, darkside helpers, and pool filtering so empty shielded
poolTypesrequests include Sapling, Orchard, and Ironwood.The direct push to ironwood-main was moved onto this review branch, and ironwood-main was reset back to its previous head.
