Since Hugo v0.146.0 it introduces the new template system. * `layout: list` seems no longer to work. `books/_index.md` treated as a "section" kind. * `layouts/partials` is renamed to `layouts/_partials`.

Hugo v0.146.0から新しいテンプレートシステムが導入され、それによっていくつかディレクトリ構造に変更が必要になった。

ローカルで urandom-ctf/hugo-theme-fuji#2 の変更とセットでビルドして、復旧できることを確認した。
