Migrate the CLI from clap 3.2 to 4.6 (Command lifetime, get_one, explicit value placeholders) and introduce a shared color palette in src/theme.rs used for both the --help styling and the interactive TUI.
The ↑/↓ volume keys also mutated graph.scale, so changing the volume visibly rescaled the oscilloscope/spectroscope animation. Volume now adjusts playback only, leaving the visualization amplitude untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
