Removes black from runtime dependencies and sets black in the quality group to ">=25.9.0,<26.0".

• Dependencies:
  • Remove black from [tool.poetry.dependencies].
  • Update black in [tool.poetry.group.quality.dependencies] to ">=25.9.0,<26.0".
