When resuming a session, tasks don't show up - even though they are saved. Tested across session/project level setting

session_switch is never emitted by the SDK, so the /new and /resume reset
logic was dead code and forks lost their tasks. Consolidate all session
lifecycle handling into session_start, keyed on event.reason:

- new/resume/fork reuse the cached extension closure, so reset session-scoped
  state (store pointer, shown flag, cadence, auto-clear) on those reasons;
  startup/reload re-run the factory and start clean.
- On /fork, snapshot the parent's tasks before re-pointing and seed the new
  session file with an independent copy (writes no longer leak to the parent).
- Delete the dead `session_switch as any` handler.

Add TaskStore.snapshot()/seed() and tests for /resume, /new, and /fork.
