Add Greenland Flag

From #107, I added the Greenland flag. It is a png and 550x367px. I sourced from wikimedia and it is under the public domain.

This package has moved to https://github.com/rili-live/react-native-phone-input

The original maintainer of this Repo went MIA and so I communicated with NPM support and adopted the package.

I'm happy to merge and publish changes if you make new PRs. I could also use some help from collaborators if anyone is interested.
