Feature: dynamic xdebug.mode instead of hardcoded to debug

Sometimes it's critical for debugging to have xdebug.mode config flexible, so it'd be good if we could set it via PHP_INI_XDEBUG__MODE

This has actually been solved in a more generic way by #248 .

I'm closing this PR, since the underlying issue is closed. Thanks a lot for your efforts and contribution.
