features/self-hosted/changelog.mdxfrom the release pipeline: bumps the auto-generated last updated stamp to 2026-06-03 and documents self-hosted builds v0.2.728 through v0.2.747 (replacing the prior top entry v0.2.713 and trimming older tag sections).New notes span infra (Terraform migration, Nix secrets/staging domain), PR/review parity (GitLab, Bitbucket),
