map(glacier): routine maintenance & fixes

[Space-Sentinel]

Round 3 of Glacier tweaks, fixes, maintenance, and cleanup. Multiple large and small projects have been folded inside this one comically large PR, that is mostly 10 billion small changes rather than many big ones.

Command

• Bridge renovation! Should include all consoles and no longer be so obtrusive. Now in Syndicate Purple. Wait we did this line already? Really? Stupid change-log getting the good jokes.

AI SAT

• Removed random artifact spawner near AI Sat to prevent another incident.
• Clean up of wiring to no longer go into the rock.

Engineering

• Removed station anchor, reverted all related changes. (The map is marked as being unmovable by default.)
• Swapped out a tool poster for an Engineering Sign, it is their lobby.
• CE's fax machine renamed for consistency.
• Tesla Set-up redone entirely, expanded to permit the Singularity as well. (See Map Render)
  = All nearby glass turned into reinforced plasma glass.
  = Radiation shutters on the PA window.
  = Addition of a Engine Storage Room, now contains both engine equipment.
  = Addition of a Anti-Anomaly Zone on Engine.
  = All entrances to Engine area made airlocks (2 doors to enter) to prevent radiation leaks.
• Gave the PA room a Radiation locker.
• Second Power Monitoring console in PA room.
• Redo of Atmos/Engi decals and tiles again. (Colors changed slightly due to Upstream updates, losing my mind.)
• Atmos given connectors for Portable scrubbers and slight catwalk tweaks for decoration.
• Engi Medkits moved to Engine Storage room.
• PA Room Jetpack rack swapped for mini-jetpack crate with GPSes.
• Engi storage table swapped for crates on the wall below and racks on the wall above.
• Chief Engineer Office given shutters, curtain on bed, and counter for guitar.
• Atmos gained a CO2 can in exchange for an air can.

Security

• Head of Security office had the ID Card Computer removed, replaced with a fax machine.
• HoS given directional curtain for privacy.
• Permabrig given more proper kitchen and cooking equipment to be on par with other stations.
  = Given a shelf with utensils matching that of Crux.
• Permabrig lost the kitchen supplies crate, given a mannequin with an apron instead.
• Winter clothes placed in the permabrig closets, closet near the entrance replaced with a dumpster.
• Bartender wintercoat removed due to proper winter attire being present.
• Permabrig botany supplies moved slightly and lessened for space and ease of use.

Science

• RD Office overhauled and redone.
• RD Fax Machine properly named, was not named before.
• Robotics Bay given a rollerbed.
• Random instrument spawner is properly on the counter.

Medical

• CMO's fax machine renamed for consistency.
• CMO given directional curtain for privacy.

Logi

• LO given a fax machine, pet moved slightly.
• Redo of Salvage Arm, moved down to touch Observation Dock
• Fixed Salvage Arm Mailchute piping.

Service

• HoP's fax machine renamed for consistency.
• Roundstart Janitor light for the Library is now off, last shift forgot to turn it off. Jeez.
• Botany given a second botanist locker, they had multiple people, what gives?
• Botany given more firelocks for safety!
• Service Courtyard Stage given a new mannequin.

Misc

• Custom decal removal in the main halls and arrivals/evac. Replaced with cleaner simpler ones.
• More screens! Placed near the new library and in some halls.
• Cyborg rechargers added to Security Lobby, Medical Lobby, and Evacuation/Arrivals
• Disposal chute piping near Cryosleep has been fixed slightly, wow.
• Removed hidden combat gloves below medical.
• North East Hall, above Botany given firelocks on the western side for safety!
• South West Main hall, above Medical and West of Botany, given an air-alarm and firelocks!
• Changed Secret Bar breakable wall to a secret door to allow for greater accessibility and transparency.
• Fixed Dorms bathroom / Observation Deck disposals piping.
• Wiring correction for HoP, now linked to Service Substation.
• Signs both for directions and all departments have been redone. The change is small, but there are more signs to guide you.

Grid

• Removed outdated warp points, as warp points for ghosts primarily rely on station beacons.
