Just want to say thank you for this PR! This is my favourite app to open HEIC images as it's faster than other apps I can find. I almost had to abandon it after upgrading to iOS 26 recently. |

libheif v18.0.0 is required to decode iOS 18 HEIFs. A lot of the libheif header files aren't needed for the build, so I removed them.
This also fixes the GitHub builds by updating upload-artifact to v4.
