Download script

Go to 'releases' above (https://github.com/sydneycytometry/IMC-ROI-annotation/releases) and download source code for the latest version.

Protocols

For usage instructions, Sydney Cytometry users can access the usage protocol at https://wiki.centenary.org.au/display/IMC/Data+Analysis. Non-facility users can access a copy by emailing cytof@sydneycytometry.org.au.
