It may be interesting to research the reduced builds, and maybe produce some simple 32bit ELF file.
A silly rip-off from thunk-gen project.
nasm doesn't support conditionals with ifdefs, so better to not define _DJ64 at the same time. Plus dj32 has more restrictions on asm than dj64, for example you can't execute realmode callbacks on their own stack because gcc does esp-relative addressing.
Its not used in dj64dev. I only use .rf/.rfo.
Otherwise we have a mismatch between asm and C prototypes.
