Pin go-stellar-sdk v0.7.2 for the Protocol 28 GA release - #88

v0.7.2 is the SDK release stellar-rpc and stellar-horizon v28.0.0 pin, so Galexie ships against the same SDK. It carries SEP-23 strkey payload length validation (go-stellar-sdk#5977), protocol-order asset comparison (go-stellar-sdk#5974) and a transitive go-xdr bump on top of v0.7.0. Part of the Protocol 28 GA release train (stellar/go-stellar-sdk#5967).
go-stellar-sdkv0.7.2 was cut from SDK main so that all three platform repos shipagainst a released SDK tag for Protocol 28. stellar-rpc and stellar-horizon's
release/v28.0.0branches now pin it; this brings Galexie to the same pin (it was on v0.7.0).On top of v0.7.0, v0.7.2 carries:
