A handful of links to the OGC Spec were broken - I tried to replace them with the corresponding link in the published spec. The
cql2-filterlink did not seem to have a direct match in the non-draft document - https://docs.ogc.org/is/20-004r1/20-004r1.html#clause-local-resources-catalog_filtering was as close as I could get (no mention of cql2 in the `local-resources-catalog section of the new document).
