• CodeMash organizer: the CodeMash organizers page describes the volunteer organizer structure and board roles.
• CodeMash speaker policies: the public speaker-benefits announcement lists a four-day pass, hotel room or $400 housing credit, and a $250 honorarium for PreCompiler sessions. I did not find a public SEA commitment, so Sign SEA? is conservatively No.
• QCon organizer: C4Media identifies QCon as one of its conference/event properties.
• QCon speaker policies: QCon's public "We Care" page says QCon offers budget for travel and accommodation arrangements for all speakers. I did not find a public SEA commitment or general speaker-fee policy, so those fields are conservative.
