Add nifty asset program pages

This PR adds pages to show the details of Asset accounts from the Nifty Asset program, a lightweight open-source standard for non-fungible assets on Solana. Asset accounts can store a variable amount of information on-chain in the form of extensions – these pages show all the information on the account.

Hi. It would be much better to reuse existing metadata and attributes tabs to make them aware of nifty standart than to add three extra tabs. Existing tabs covers a lot of things already.

Its not a bad standard though.

Febo will update it next week and i think if its part of the metadata tab its a net benefit without downside. And who knows maybe NFTs will come back :D

I saw part of Nifty Royalties also. That's the part that the Metadata tab is lacking. Maybe we may improve it by supporting some standard-specific things within the same Tab
