Very slow reaction to long presses on messages (emoji reaction, context menu)

Bug description

Since 8.24.4 the press on a message is followed by a significant delay until the context menu is shown.

Like long pressing to react or edit your own message.

The same was reported by another user.

In my case I have animations disabled globally via accessibility settings.
