Consolidates gas-limit handling around the form value (pre-filled from the dApp or a Tenderly sim) and applies a 1.5x buffer on Tenderly gas_used to cover state drift. Test by connecting to a few dApps (Uniswap, OpenSea, a contract deployer, etc.), initiating EVM transactions where the dApp does and does not provide a gas limit, and verifying transactions broadcast successfully without underestimated-gas reverts.

Adds end-to-end THORChain routing to the embedded swap widget across all chain namespaces (EVM, UTXO, cosmossdk, Solana, TRON), then restricts the widget to only NEAR Intents, Relay, and THORChain. Test the embedded widget by getting quotes across these chain types, confirming non-supported swappers no longer appear in rates, and executing a THORChain swap end-to-end (e.g. BTC -> ETH).
