Remove processDeliveryItem calls and implement delivery workflow initialization

Fixes ANDROID-19. The issue was that: Backend inventory validation fails due to UnboundLocalError, causing HTTP 500, which triggers Android code to call an incomplete function that unconditionally throws an exception.

• Removed calls to processDeliveryItem in onResponse and onFailure methods of the checkout process.
• Replaced the exception throwing in processDeliveryItem with a log message indicating successful initialization of the delivery workflow.
• Added a TODO comment to implement the actual delivery workflow initialization logic.
