Simple version bump, is not tracked in this repo so no lock file update needed. Only thing to confirm before merging: the minor version bump to implies new features or breaking changes since per semver — make sure all intended changes for this release are already merged. LGTM otherwise.

Only thing to confirm before merging: the minor version bump to 0.4.0 implies new features or breaking changes since 0.3.0 per semver — make sure all intended changes for this release are already merged. LGTM otherwise.
