Description
Implemented three related enhancements across the app:
Added accessible thread support for study-group discussions, including nested replies, ARIA list semantics, and reply-to-message posting.
Added discussion forum certificate management with secure SHA-256 fingerprint validation, issue/revoke flows, persistence, and a dedicated UI panel.
Added portfolio management to course reviews so reviews can display validated portfolio evidence links with accessible summaries.
