Adds the ability to add an account using uri

xmppadd://add_account?username=username&password=password
This will launch Add Account window and will add the data directley
into the fields

Sorry for the delay been hectic.

No it is not apart of the xmpp standard. From the documentation I have read there is no account set up link. Which is why I added xmppadd so that it was not apart of the standard link format.
