The ts half of the #211 tail round (pubid#516 + testsuite#43, both merged).

  • TESTSUITE_REF → f7062ac1 (testsuite#43): the 59 stale negative-ledger rows the merged #211-era grammar waves already parse — 12 become canonical cases, the rest existing-row aliases.
  • Pend ledger 477 → 487: the ten new render faces this port has not yet reproduced — the D5-dated corrigendum base (IEEE P802.16-2004/D5, 2005/Cor. 1), the (E)-adoption Standard face (ISO/IEC/IEEE 8802-1AC-2018 (E)), the CD joint part separators (IEC/IEEE CD P65700.19.03), and the DConf/comma-dated draft tails — pended with reason + ref per the contract.
  • Everything else passes unchanged: probe on the merged corpus — 9,027 cases, 487 pending, 0 failures, 0 satisfied.

TESTSUITE_REF -> f7062ac1 (testsuite#43: the 59 stale negative-ledger
rows the merged #211-era waves already parse become 12 canonical cases
plus existing-row aliases). The ten new render faces this port has not
reproduced (the D5-dated corrigendum base, the (E)-adoption Standard
face, the CD joint part separators, the DConf/comma-dated draft tails)
join the pend ledger (477 -> 487); the remaining cases pass unchanged.
