Fixes #2649

Console libraries were removed in Prometheus 3.0. Added a note to clarify that the prom.lib link points to the last version (2.55) where console libraries were available, helping users understand why the file is not in the main branch.

Hello from the bug scrub!

This was already fixed in #2812 with a warning on top of the page. Thank you for your contribution but I'll close this. If you think we should have more warning, please feel free to reopen this with an argument as to why we need more notes or warnings.
