That' s because plusls uses the grgit plugin and gradle must be running in a git environment to work. So a zip archive downloaded directly from github will not work properly. If you use the zip archive downloaded from github, you can initialize a git environment in the directory with git init, but I still recommend that you clone the repository via git.

Download the MagicLib file without -1.19.3, which is generally the largest in the file list. (Related to Hendrix-Shen/MagicLib#7)
