Added checks if PeakBudget scenarios stay below a certain temperature threshold. This resulted from Remind Issue256.
We chose:
low overshoot scenarios:
red for 2020-2099 if global mean temp above 1.6
red in 2100, if global mean temperature is above 1.5
high overshoot scenarios:
red for 2020-2099 if global mean temp above 1.8
red in 2100, if global mean temperature is above 1.5
This can probably also be implemented as valdiation for 2°C scenarios.
