- update to Grails 2.5.6 as I couldn't get Grails 2.2.1 working on a modern Macbook.
- Update to Hibernate 4
- Add Dockerfile to build an image
- Add docker-compose file to enable easy running/testing.
- Add api to get exchange rates as the google api no longer works.
