…gets are being detected as unused code, please add a retain_ibaction setting to periphery.yml so that all @IBAction and @IBSegueAction are excluded from unused-code detection.

Because IBAction and IBSegueAction defined under SPM were being falsely detected as unused, I added a configuration option to retain them.
