Instead of truly terminating the session when the bluetooth disconnection command is sent, only the disconnection event is sent to apps. Call qemu_transport_close_session to terminate the session. Signed-off-by: Paul Chanvin <[email protected]>

This change would be particularly appreciated with the SDK, as it allows quick recovering from a disconnection command.
