Speed up tests using parallel workers for schema validation:

$ panther_analysis_tool test --path tests/fixtures/valid_policies/ --workers 4
```

The `--workers` flag (or `PANTHER_WORKERS` env var) controls the number of parallel workers for schema validation. Defaults to 1 (sequential).
